Diane Martino is the Associate Broker of EXIT Realty Landmark, a concierge brokerage serving Baldwin County, Alabama, which she founded in February 2021. Before entering real estate, Diane spent nearly three decades as a Critical Care nurse — a career that shaped her meticulous attention to detail, calm under pressure, and deep commitment to serving others. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 2017 and has been a real estate investor since the mid-1990s, giving her a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client she serves.

A leader both inside and outside her brokerage, Diane served as the 2025 MLS President of Baldwin REALTORS®, where she led more than 3,000 real estate professionals across the region.
